Focusing on your team dynamics, workflow, and client management, we work together to identify key changes and improvements to your agency day-to-day creative operations.

Through an on-the-ground approach,  I work as a producer for your agency for one to three months to gain a true understanding of your challenges and opportunities. While most consultants come in at a higher level with a 10,000 foot view,  having an experience from your team’s day-to-day perspective creates an authentic environment to assess your creative operations and provide valuable insights . Below is an overview of the consulting process

  • Intake

    Starting with stakeholder interviews, we identify the goals, challenges and opportunities that are facing your creative operations. An outline of your consulting assessment is provided based on these findings and used as a guide for the process ahead.

  • Onboarding

    Hired as any other freelance contractor, I am introduced to your agency and onboarded to my projects to start producing. Provided with process documentation, culture decks, workflow software, we walk through your current process and tools to understand the foundation of your operational approach.

  • Audit

    From a first-person perspective, daily assessments are logged and discussed on a weekly basis with key stakeholders. Using these weekly sessions, it provides the necessary context of the established process and creates a collaborative and transparent approach to the assessment.

  • Workshop

    Broken down by department and organized into managers and team member groups, hour-long working sessions will be hosted at your offices. From your team’s perspective, we will discuss challenges and opportunities facing your agency.

  • Assessment

    Upon wrapping the freelance role, a detailed assessment will be provided with an overview of your current process, challenges and opportunities. Most importantly, recommendations for improvement and changes speaking specifically to the following:

    • Collaboration and Creative Workflow

    • Documentation and Systems

    • Career Development and Culture

    • Client Relationship Management
