Trevor Steadman is a senior branding and marketing producer with nearly 20 years of experience managing high-profile clients and delivering integrated projects for entertainment, sports, gaming, fashion, higher-education, and non-profit brands. Leveraging this expertise, Trevor helps agencies recruitment, resource management and operational process improvements.
Trevor is driven by leading complex and forward-thinking projects that deliver on time and on budget. With his experience producing multiple projects and managing cross-functional team members, Trevor thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining a streamlined process for any task. He believes tapping into the expertise of each team member and external partners will help create the best products and tools possible for the project’s needs.
As a producer, Trevor oversees the entire workflow for 360 campaigns. This work spans strategy, branding, A/V, motion-graphics, print, social, and digital. Previously working at Troika, Red Interactive Agency, hi5.agency, We Are Royale, Compadre and Sony Pictures Television as their senior producer/account manager. Previous clients and brands include Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Facebook, Cisco, Fox International, KCRW, Sundance Institute, Fender, Canada Goose, Ubisoft, Pechanga Resort and Casino, Wheel of Fortune, and Jeopardy!
As the founder and lead recruiter for Angeleno Recruiting, Trevor marries industry insights with talent acquisition to source unparalleled professionals for creative agencies. His mission? Ensuring the right fit in terms of skills and ethos, fostering long-term and fruitful relationships between multidisciplinary employers and diverse employees for a more inclusive industry. He assist agencies in scaling for immediate project needs and evolving with the ever-changing demands of the industry, placing roles across operations, creative, marketing, production, operations, and business development. Whether embedding with existing recruitment teams on a contractual basis or undertaking contingent searches for elusive talent, Angeleno Recruiting is poised to partner with agencies in myriad ways.
As creative operations consultant, Trevor assists agencies in sculpting their operational processes, with an emphasis on efficiency and collaboration. Training teams and optimizing workflow are second nature to me. He specialize in identifying tools and systems that free teams to tackle creative challenges rather than getting bogged down in logistics. With a talent for relationship-building, Trevor excels in fostering synergy between agencies, clients, and in-house teams.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Trevor grew up a fan of movies, playing ice hockey (thanks to Gordan Bombay and The Mighty Ducks), and taking photographs. After graduating from Sonoma State University with degrees in Art History and Sociology, he moved back to LA to become a producer by landing his first full-time position at Troika. Trevor currently lives in Highland Park with his wife, two children and watches European crime dramas.
