Hello, I’m Trevor!

If the late nights of pitch presentations and early mornings of campaign launches have taught me anything about producing, it’s that collaboration is everything. Producing projects is all about connecting the right people and giving them the space to do their best work together.

My role as a producer is to provide context, create alignment, and motivate teams to see opportunity in the strangest of client feedback. I know my detailed project plans will always change, and clear and consistent communication will make most difficult conversations easier. I love creating process documentation, identifying new tools to find efficiencies and mentoring junior producers to see their potential. Most of all, I find joy in canceling unnecessary meetings so that everyone can focus on what’s important - their work.

In addition to leading campaigns and branding initiatives for creative agencies and brands, I help small to mid-size agencies refine their workflow and team dynamics. I also train the up-and-coming producers and recruit for the top talent in project and account management in the creative and marketing industries.

When I am not wrangling client expectations, I am negotiating nap time with two children and padding my personal schedule for date nights with my better half. With any remaining free time, I love building things out of wood and studying the life lessons of Ron Swanson. Most nights, I watch the latest european crime drama or binge The Office for god only knows how many times.
